The Faculty Development Programme, entitled “NPE 2020 & OBE Aligned Practicum-Driven Commerce Education Through SL & IL Tech-Enabled Nergy Vidya,” was a great success. The two-day programme provided valuable insights into leveraging technology for enhancing commerce education and aligning it with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks. 
 
The leaders from Nergy, Sharif A (CEO) and Balaji Srinivasamurthy (CIO) interacted with commerce faculty members from various colleges at the University of Delhi. CA Peter Richard (COO, Nergy) and CA Rajesh Menon led the training sessions. 
 
Team Nergy elucidated the significance of adopting Simulated and Interactive Learning Technology (SL & IL Tech) for enriching the commerce practicum experience. They shared practical examples and case studies demonstrating how Nergy Vidya’s technological tools can be effectively integrated into the curriculum to facilitate experiential learning. 
 
In alignment with NEP 2020 and OBE principles, the programme provided faculty members with insight and inspiration, empowering them to embrace technological advancements and pedagogical innovations.
