A highly engaging seminar conducted by Nergy India and Department of Commerce, University of Mumbai on “Implementing Practicum in Commerce and Accounts Education in the Context of NEP 2020” was held at the Kalina Campus, University of Mumbai.

The event facilitated by Sedibuz , Nergy’s channel partner, was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta N. Pawar (Professor and Head, Department of Commerce).

The ceremony was graced by chief patrons Prof. (Dr.) Ravindra Kulkarni (Hon’ble Vice Chancellor) and Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Bhamare (Pro-Vice Chancellor, University of Mumbai), with Kiran S. Deolalkar (Advisor, Nergy India) serving as co-patron.

The seminar featured insightful presentations from esteemed speakers including Prof. (Dr.) Sangeeta N. Pawar, Prof. (Dr.) Kishori J. Bhagat (Principal of DSDD College, Associate Dean of Commerce and Management, University of Mumbai), CA (Dr.) Rajkumar S. Adukia (Chairman, Board of Studies ICAI), and Dolphy Dias (Country Head of Sales, Nergy India Pvt Ltd).

Technical session handled by CA Peter Richard (COO, Nergy India Pvt Ltd), highlighted the integration of Nergy Vidya’s technological solutions into the University of Mumbai’s commerce curriculum, providing practical insights and strategies for enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

The session offered faculty members valuable tools and methodologies to modernise their curriculum and align it with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). It also demonstrated how Nergy’s solutions can transform commerce education, paving the way for more effective and engaging commerce teaching practices in universities across India.
